Neil Howard Rubin

Mr. Rubin received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Florida, where he was named to the Phi Alpha Theta History Honorary. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Rubin was named to the Dean’s List and garnered distinction as a member of the Business Law Review. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2001.
In private practice since 2000, Mr. Rubin practices immigration law as well as complex litigation and resolution of commercial and contractual disputes. Mr. Rubin brings the practical experience that he has gained in the business and corporate arenas to passionately advance and safeguard the rights of his clients within the just and ethical boundaries of the legal system.
Mr. Rubin has an extensive background in the managed healthcare industry, which he gained while employed at one of Florida’s largest health maintenance organizations. He has also litigated many cases involving the construction industry, including issues of construction payment disputes and enforcement of construction liens.
