Deputy Chief of Civil Division of U.S. Attorney's Office from 1985 to 1987. Deputy State Public Defender, Appellate Division, From 1976 to 1977. Law clerk for Judge Fred Winner, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, 1975 to 1976. Adjunct Professor of Law, trial advocacy, University of Colorado School of Law, 1987 to present.
